Section 08 · Got a Commission Coming?
Commission Memo
This form lets us know a commission you've earned is about to be received.
This form is not a guarantee of payment. Your information, paperwork, and efforts will be verified, and Firelight Realty will not send out commissions prior to receipt of corresponding commissions from cooperating entities.
Payments to you will be issued by One Florida Bank from the account of Firelight Realty LLC. Payments not occurring directly to the agent at closing of transaction will occur within 2 business days of receipt of corresponding commission funds from the cooperating broker by Firelight Realty, once those funds have been deemed fully cleared by involved financial institutions.
No payments will occur until all agent onboarding forms are uploaded and received by Firelight Realty — see Section 1, Onboarding Documents.
Make sure to also upload the form that tells us exactly how to pay you — Commission Payment Preference if you're not being paid directly at closing by the title company, or Commission Disbursement Authorization if you are.
