Legal Stuff:
The annual or bi-annual fee you pay to Firelight Realty LLC is a component and condition of your Independent Contractor Relationship with Firelight Realty. It is not a retail product and it is not subject to typical "customer service" type parameters.
The fee includes Firelight acting on your behalf to make/keep your Real Estate License active with us (as long as your license is compliant with State requirements), recurring paperwork compliance, Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance for all Firelight Agents, and providing website access and maintenance including Agent access to forms, documents, and a personal agent web page option - regardless of an individual agent’s level of use of these.
Fees are for provided professional services, by Firelight Realty to its Agents, some of which occurred at license activation or automatic renewal, and are not returnable or refundable - except as follows:
Within 72 hours of your License being activated by Firelight, as indicated on the Time Stamp on the email Firelight sends to newly activated agents -- Or, within 72 hours of your fee renewing, as indicated on the Time Stamp from the confirmation that Firelight receives from Stripe - our Payment Processor, you may request a refund and Firelight will accommodate the request. The refund may take up to 7 business days to reflect on your credit card statement. There are no refunds outside of these parameters. Refunds will result in your Real Estate License becoming Inactive with Firelight and thus at the State level as well.
Agents already Active with Firelight: If you do not wish to renew your affiliation with Firelight Realty, cancel before your renewal on the secure cancellation portal of Agent Services Section of this website (Log In/My Account in upper right). For verification reasons and license security, we do not accept cancellations by call, text, or email.
Any fees paid are valid for 365 days from the payment date - that means you have access to Firelight’s website and the ability to rejoin Firelight at no additional fee within that 365 days.
