A 12-month listing on your regional MLS — Stellar or RWorld — and on MyStateMLS, syndicated out to Realtor.com, Zillow and 100+ other real estate sites. Up to 50 photos, ShowingTime scheduling, and unlimited changes through our Easy Update Form. No listing commission, and no second payment to us.

You are not required to — but most sellers do, and this is the part sellers most often miss. Your $79 covers the listing, not the buyer’s side. Most buyers who find a home on the MLS come with an agent, and that agent’s fee — commonly 2–3% of the sale price — gets negotiated into the offer. Decide what you are willing to offer before the offers start arriving, not after.

Within two business days of getting everything from you, and usually sooner. Right after payment you get a link to the Property Details page: fill it in, attach your photos, and e-sign the mandatory compliance forms. The two days start when all three are in.

Yes. We have homes on both Stellar MLS and RWorld through this program right now. Firelight Realty Group is the listing brokerage of record on each of them.

Yes — Firelight Realty Group LLC, Florida real estate license CQ1074860, which you can verify with the state yourself. We pay full dues to Stellar MLS and RWorld, and those memberships are the only reason we can put your home on the MLS at all.

This is an entry-only service, and the limits are the reason for the price. Once your listing is live, we are hands-off. We do not advise on list price or price changes, suggest or carry out marketing, take part in negotiations, prepare or review paperwork, hold open houses, or attend your closing — not as part of the $79, and not afterwards as a courtesy. What we do: put your home on the MLS accurately, syndicate it, and make any change you ask for. Showing requests and offers go straight to you. If you want someone doing the rest, you want a full-service agent or a Florida real estate attorney, not a $79 listing.

You. Your contact details go on the listing, showing requests come through ShowingTime, and offers come to you. We are not a middleman between you and your buyer, which is exactly why this costs $79 instead of thousands.

Your $79 plan is an entry-only service, so ongoing brokerage advice isn’t included. Listing changes are handled through our Easy Update Form, and we’ll make those changes at no additional charge. There’s an option to upgrade to discounted Full-Service.

The honest answer first: it is almost always price, then photos. Nothing on the MLS sells a home priced above what buyers will pay. Change your price and your pictures as often as you like through the Easy Update Form, at no charge. Do that before anything else.

Or hand the whole thing over: we can upgrade you to full service — pricing, marketing, negotiation and paperwork — for 1.45% of the sale price, listing side only. Your $79 comes off that commission at closing, as a line on the settlement statement, not a refund to your card.

Ask any time before you accept an offer. It is not automatic. At 1.45% we are paid only if the home sells, so we can decline on price or condition — we will tell you why, and your $79 listing carries on unchanged. If we accept, you sign a new listing agreement and fresh MLS compliance forms.

Either way the buyer’s agent fee is negotiated into the offer as usual. If the sale does not close, or you cancel a live listing, the $79 stands as paid. And you can change nothing at all: let the listing run its 12 months, or take it elsewhere.

Any time, with no exit fee — nothing holds you to the full 12 months. Cancelling ends the listing agreement and takes the home off the MLS. The $79 itself is not refunded once payment is accepted. But if you change your mind before you have submitted any documentation, we will hold it and apply it to any property you list within 12 months of the day you paid — or transfer it to a friend or family member, no problem.

Then we cannot list your home yet. We belong to two regional MLSs — Stellar and RWorld — and between them they cover the 28 counties in our County Checker. If yours is not there, tell us where you are and we will let you know the moment that changes.
