West Palm Beach, Singer Island, and Dania Beach aren’t one uniform submarket — West Palm Beach is Palm Beach County’s mainland downtown core, Singer Island is an oceanfront barrier-island community, and Dania Beach sits in Broward County near Fort Lauderdale. We’re grouping them here as adjoining coastal markets without a Firelight agent yet, not because they’re the same market.

We don’t have a resident agent in these markets yet — which means there’s room for the right licensed agent to be first. If you’re licensed in Florida and based anywhere in Palm Beach or Broward County, we’d like to talk.
