It's all about building your personal real estate brand and mission... not building the brokerage's brand... not paying for leads... not attending rah-rah meetings... and not making the "strongly suggested minimum" XX calls per day.
This is work from home if you want - wherever your home in the world may be - as much or as little as you want kind of thing. Some licensees just like knowing their license is active, even if they do not intend on using it. Of course, you can meet with 10 clients a day too - nothing wrong with that at all - as long as it's your preference.
